Shipping Policy

Shipping is offered to select locations inside the European Union. We charge €5 shipping fee for smaller items and €10 shipping fee for larger items.

Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) in most cases. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Taxes/Duties

All products sold by SHARGE do include VAT. It is included in the sales price listed on our website. The amount of the product and shipping costs will be charged for your order.

Additional charges such as customs clearance fees, local shipping charges, or admin charges would be borne by you.

Tracking Package

After the tracking number comes out, it may take a while for the new information to be updated. Please wait patiently.

Due to the special nature of international transportation, the update of package information will be delayed. When the package leaves the shipping country, the detailed tracking information will generally be updated when it arrives at the destination country.

Lost Package/Unusual Package

In the unfortunate event that an item is lost in transit, Orayce will replace it at no cost to you, please contact our support team at: info@orayce.com.

Orayce will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please check your address when placing an order.

If you purchase multiple items in one order, Orayce will ship them separately based on inventory and they may not arrive at the same time.
